Suzanne and I had a great time at Winterfest. We find the social events (organized by Susan) just as enjoyable as the training session. I also want to congratulate George Meki on his promotion to Sandan.

This variation looks like a hand passing drill I learned from Wes Tasker. The goal was to flow and and then add applications like arm bars, strikes and traps.

Much more interesting than arm bashing.

I scanned the file but found no virus. I also searched for the virus online but came up with nothing for pretty park.

I'll try some more diggnig later and see if I can't find anything else. If anyone finds more info please forward it to me.
