Congratulations to Ric Martin and his daughter Erica on their well deserved front cover presentation.

Last year while I was traveling in the Tampa area on business I had a couple of free hours before my flight back home to Boston. I had an opportunity to train at Ric’s showcase dojo which had ...

Along with my usual workouts with Van sensei, my friend Carlos and I have been training together for the past couple of months.

There's a sniper in my home

My question was related to your finding yourself with a clean shot at the sniper while he was in the process of snuffing someone's life

Van, as always, you cut right through the bullsh## and get right to the core of the situation. When there is no question about what is happening. You see him ...

Health issues in the news

Bill,
I'm amazed that John Entwistle lived as long as he did. Look at Keith Richards. He's a walking miracle. Just goes to show how incredible the human body really is. It's able to be slowly poisoned for years and still keep going. Outside of acute poisonings i.e. Jimi Hendrix, Janice Joplin, Keith ...

CT Cream

Last year I had a very painful elbow problem. I couldn't even swing a hammer. If I forgot about my elbow and tried to pick up anything, the pain made me sick. I found that vast quantities of ice, proper stretching, more ice, rest and even more ice helped the healing process. The toughest thing was ...
