Mr McCarthy lives pretty close to my last address. I got to spend quite some time with the man (albeit in class/seminar environment) over the course of a year or so.

Very confident in his teaching and historical material and capable physically and mentally. His academic discussion list is also ...

Another good one I got from the late Dr Mel Siff:

Equal portions honey (New Zealand or Australian preferred), Whey Protein Isolate and Peanut butter.

Mix, break up and cool in the fridge.

I use half the honey and peanut butter, add some psyllium husk and some linseed (flaxseed) oil.

About a ...

In Australia, we put 350s into a Commodore (a four door RWD sedan) for limited runs. They used to be Corvette motors (ZR1, in particular), but we build our own, now.

I don't think that's the sedan you're talking about, though.

Interestingly, we're now sending you guys the two door version (we call ...

I can't believe I missed this.

Robert Sullivan's rank and qualifications are genuine. He was on of Australia's very earliest black belts in Goju Ryu. His current ranking is genuine and I believe is well sanctioned in Japan.

As for the style, I've seen it fairly often. GKR stylists seem to dominate ...

The style I studied as a kid used the Kyokushin sparring philosophy and we competed with and against the Kyokushin and Seido guys regularly. In fact, I had to do the Kyokushin standard 40 man Kumite for my shodan grading.

Definitely no padded torsos, here. Also, the head was an allowable target ...

Hi all,

Again, I am a bit late in, but this product is simply a series of free-form amino acids purported to increase growth hormone secretion. Anyone who was into strength training ten years ago will remember the L-Arginine and L-Ornithine "breakthroughs", which turned out, actually, to be rorts ...

Well, it's my first post to this forum, and it is on this thread. Is that an omen?

I know this point has passed a little, but I can honestly say I have no issue training (even grappling) with gay men. It wasn't always the case and, without going into intricate details, it's not a terribly difficult ...

My son is 4 going on 5 and is beginning to learn kata. However, he has been doing gymnastic work since 2.5 and has developed the interest from watching myself and his "uncles" practice.

Our neighbour's son is 6 going on 7 and is nowhere near ready to learn.
