Sensei,
"Jumping Into Plyometrics" is the gold standard in this field. I've read the "Explosive Power and Strength" another great book. "Jumping" has a newer edition with the past few years. Both available on Amazon

All the major studies on plyometric training has been done by Donald Chu from Stanford and Cal. State. He is by far the world's leading expert on plyometric training.
His book "Jumping Into Plyometrics" is a must if you plan on doing this type of training. The book is available through ...
