Have to agree with Van Sensei and others.

There's no advanced or secret techniques.
Only simple ones you can execute under pressure at the right time. Keep it simple and you'll be better off. The problem with this is it doesn't "sell" well.

Thanks for sharing the video. What was interesting and very important was that there was a combination of exercises, both weighted and body weight, along with the traditional pounding exercises.

Bill,

They already have started to "clean it up." There has been an evolution in the sport to make it more tolerable for a wider audience. Where the line of tolerance is will be determined by the market watching.

Old style conditioning methods described above are very different from "pounding."
