Tonfa measures just an inch or so past the elbow, I don't believe there is an exact measurement, they are inexpensive.

Just once I would like to see on TeeVee someone who wants to be healed. "May the power of the Lord heal you" after getting up from the floor punch him in the gut. Imagination is a terrible thing to waste.

Put away the glitter and material things as I might hide behind them. We are wired to be spiritual beings, all connected to that one thing, whatever that is. I have forgotten how to communicate on a much higher level. As I already know.

I have done 325 push-ups in about 20 minutes. I exhausted my muscles with 50 push-ups took a short break with stretches moving my arms to get the blood flow again, then continued with less push-ups than the time before until I reached a number of push-ups I thought I could never do.
