Tonfa measures just an inch or so past the elbow, I don't believe there is an exact measurement, they are inexpensive.

Put away the glitter and material things as I might hide behind them. We are wired to be spiritual beings, all connected to that one thing, whatever that is. I have forgotten how to communicate on a much higher level. As I already know.

I have done 325 push-ups in about 20 minutes. I exhausted my muscles with 50 push-ups took a short break with stretches moving my arms to get the blood flow again, then continued with less push-ups than the time before until I reached a number of push-ups I thought I could never do.
