This forum is for those who would like to move out of their basements or garages and operate a commercial and successful dojo. . . you know the kind. . . with 50-100 students. Lots of successful dojo operating and turning out talented martial artist. Unfortunately, most schools can't pay their rent. This forum will be devoted to those teachers who wish to learn the secrets and common sense methods. We also need input from those who know those methods.
