I trained Shorei Kai Goju Ryu under a former green beret who started in Judo and also studied aikido. This is the kind of stuff we did all the time, and our classes usually had black belts from other styles learning from him.

This inspires me to complete a yakusoku kumite I have been contemplating for some time. I could probably throw out several, based on techniques that have been rolling around in my head. Better to show the way than to disparage what was done by others. ;-)

Watch this carefully. Even though the origin is Goju Seisan, you're not a Uechika if you have a black belt and can't see your art in this art. My opinion, worth what you paid for it.
