Ok fellow knifers, here are some of the preliminaries.

Cost: $500 per person (tentatively due to cost on trainers and also food negotiations)

Friday night will be a check in and a gathering for instruction and registration. The packaging for the seminar will include the room (check in Friday and check out Sunday), seminar, trainer, T-shirt, and video. The will also be a surprise for most of you but we are not allowed to post it as of this date. This will also be a certification for many of those who have attended previous seminars with Bram. As you may or may not know, CSSD/SC does not have a belt system. Insted you become certified instructors of your region. For those of you living in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, you fall into the Southern Atlantic Region falling to the responsibility of David Smith and George Denson. This will be an annual event such as the Riddle. The space is limited though. Due to people arriving early for the Harley Davidson Rally at the end of the month, we only have a block of 75 rooms.

Myrtle Beach also has an airport that has commercial flights into and out of. The hotel said that they would happily pick up anyone wishing to fly in for the seminar.

At the moment we are trying to get buisness' of the knife community to join in and set up at the seminar (eg. Spyderco, Lonestar Wholesale, Leader Googles, Skunkworks, Bladeforum, etc, etc). This way they can display their newest and finest for all to see. The local merchants of Myrtle Beach are dontaing vouchers for dinners, shows, golf packages and many other things, so if you energy after the training, you will have places and things to do and see. Myrtle Beach is a family oriented city with attraction and fun for all.

If mother nature cooperates, training will be held inside and outside on the beautiful beach of South Carolina. Our conference training room is facing the beach and has it's own deck. The hotel is putting a information packet together for us to fax or snail mail out to anyone who is interested. We are also attaching one of the many links to MB for those of you who want to see what is offered.
