I would like to thank Sensei Mattson and Susan for organizing what turned out to be a very well ran, and information drenched workout which was bursting with talent!
I could not begin to mention all the talented individuals that were present on Saturday, but could not go without mentioning Roy Bedard, for traveling so far and putting together a seminar that was second to none. And not forgetting Steve Perry for sharing his unique teaching ability, and for whom I am especially grateful to for the help that he gave me whilst lucky enough to be working out with him.
