I've been assured that final plans will be announced soon.

Finding inexpensive lodging during February has been a big problem. . .

Our man in West Palm Beach is meeting with a local school tomorrow (Monday) to determine if we can hold the seminars there. Otherwise, we have a backup plan. Please keep the dates free. The Florida WinterFest group want to see this event grow into a very successful annual affair.

Mattson Sensei,

What about the lodging issues you reference above?

Sensei,
Mary and I had such a great time at the 2001 Winterfest in Orlando and I would very much like to go again, but if a little more notice isin't given I'm afraid I won't be able to attend another. It is very difficult to plan a trip to an event like Winterfest when details are left so late. To get a decent airfare and make other such arrangements with such short notice, especially from such a distance as we have to travel,is very hard to do.
I hope that you get a good turnout for this years event and that things will continue to improve so that I might make next years Winterfest.

Lori
