Happy New Year! Take stock

I`m sipping on my first tea in 2006, made it darn it and optomistic that it was worth getting up for.

I have just set 5 goals for this year and to fail at any given one means certain death before the years end.
#1/ Breathe
#2/ Eat
#3/ Drink
#4/ Sleep
#5/ Reason(s) for living. It highly impacts the previous.

A survial expert (worked search/rescue in far Canadian north) once told me that the most important thing you can put in your survival kit is a note from a loved one (which includes yourself). Most interviewed after surviving great adversity was directly due to will to return to what they know they have.

Take stock of what is important to you and happy New year all!

Thanks for starting this topic...

Holidays and celebrations always raise this question for me. What is really important in life? What's my purpose for living?

The answers always seem to have the same theme, and I'd like to share them with you for whatever purpose they may serve.

The answer I receive is that I'm here to love more and more and loving more and more is really the most important thing in my life. Loving more and more means not only loving my family and friends, but it means loving my clients and the people who interact with me in my life more and more every day.

Loving more and more means loving the Divine, all of the creation and especially all of humanity more and more no matter what. It also means prayer and giving thanks for all that I am and all that I have.

Loving more also means loving myself more. And in doing that I am able to give to others as well.

I hope that all may experience your own meaning & purpose for life. And thanks for reminding us to stop the actiivty, and look around to remember what is really important in life.

Best wishes for a most Loving, Healthy, Harmonious & Happy 2006!
