Every moment...

This moment...

is all that there is.

It arrives whether
we are ready or not.

All we must do is
open our eyes to see it
breath in to smell and taste it
listen to hear it

pause and revel in its existence

It is there
invisible in all its infinities
pulling on your concious
your soul
gently asserting its beginning

this moment looks into your eyes

promising all the disappointments

and all the ecstacy

all the infinite possibilities

available to you

the next

Most excellent.

Here is a bit more from one of my favorite playwrights:

Life and Living:
Life, Lady Stutfield, is simply a mauvais quart d’heure made up of exquisite moments.

Oscar Wilde (1854–1900), Anglo-Irish playwright, author. Mrs. Allonby, in A Woman of No Importance, act 2.

The moment

Beautiful, Panther ...

Isn't that one of the hardest things to do ... to just stay in the present moment? Time has a way of slipping into the future ... However, the future is here now if we just stay present.

on the moment past

for the moment to come

these things
are only illusions

by our minds
to calm
our inner anxieties

the past
has vanished
only to become
a memory

not to dwell upon
not for melancholy

for peace
comfort and

the future is a mist
that never clears

a promise
that never comes

this moment was
last moment's future
and will be
next moment's past

but the last moment
is gone forever
the next moment
will never come

there is
