Joshua Ford Memorial Service

Post by gmattson »

Many of us remember Al Ford's son Josh. He was a fixture at the Soben Park dojo, until he joined the Army.

After the Army he didn't get back to Karate and we lost track of him. We learned that he was murdered from a news clipping. His mother informed me that his killers were recently convicted of his murder. She also asked me to post a notice pertaining to a memorial service that is being held for Josh on Saturday, July 12th. 10AM at the Bigelow Chapel, Mt. Auburn Cemetary, 580 Mt. Auburn St. Cambridge.

Of course I remember Al well, but cannot remember ever meeting his son. What a devestating loss to his Mother. My heart and prayers go out to her.
