We never worry about our faces in our 'conditioning' do we?

Well...that's what blocks are for...No?

I have stopped so many punches with my nose over the years (broken numerous times) that after the "honker" was surgically repaired, I decided to be proactive. Hit first and keep hitting...
As for cars...airbags and safety belts are awesome "safety nets". However, when you are behind the wheel, drive like there is a spike sticking out of it...be aware that you are simply in a machine.

I guess the Uechi blocks did not work?

Bill right you are about the physics of the clip…but it brings the message home about the use of seat belts….so many people still don't wear them.

Do you have an idea why they don't?

What I have seen in my investigations of accidents over the years for lack of use of belts is simply shocking.

One case I handled in PA _ involved a car with four teenagers in it_ flipping over.

The driver was ejected from the vehicle which then landed on top of him.

His buddies made it our of the car and tried in vain to lift it as it was crushing the life out of the driver.

I don't know, Van. I didn't go to the school of Dumb and Dumberer, so... that kind of logic is beyond my mental capacity.

However Mr. Darwin had some things to say about the fate of such people. ;)
