One of them, who had several gold teeth, shouted at Raymond: “You are gonna die tonight, you are not gonna see the morning.”

All too often people do not take homicidal or suicidal statements seriously. :(
Life begins & ends cold, naked & covered in crap.

True...they do not especially if they think of themselves of being 'tough'...what else is new right?

One case I had down the south shore, involved a bunch of bikers pulling into a family restaurant/bar for drinks...and then they were shut off by the bartender and asked to leave. They threatened to come back in a half an hour and 'destroy the joint'...

The 'tough guy' bartender did not even bother to call the police...there were a number of families at the restaurant tables that Sunday afternoon.

So first mistake...barkeep doesn't call the cops...

second mistake...[denial] the customers decide to stay put...

20 mts later the bikers return with baseball bats and proceed to bash the customers at the tables, killing the father of four...

We paid out the policy limits of one million to settle the wrongful death action.

Everybody is a tough guy until they get hit.

And the other case I posted a while back about this young black belt having a new girl friend who had just dumped her ex...a Jamaican gang banger...[JGB]...

So one night upon leaving the apt. of his floor of an apt. building in Roxbury [the black belt was white]...he gets ambushed on the second landing by the JGB...gets stabbed multiple times and then his throat is cut down the lobby where the two of them had rolled down to over the stairs.

The tenants I interviewed remained locked behind their doors in terror as they heard noise and blood curdling screams for help.

One big tough looking guy showed me a shotgun in a closet next to his front door, and said he tried to get to it but his legs were frozen on the floor, unable to move.

Tenants were even terrified of calling the police and going on record on the police log.

When I went to the scene the next day to investigate...there was still blood on the walls and ceiling of the entrance lobby.

People were terrified to even talk...the girl was taken into protective custody.

Then we have that frightening case involving Joshua Ford...
Al Ford's son... Uechi student...nice kid...

After his father died...he moved to NY and had a real nice girlfriend.

One night they go out on the town...meeet this other 'nice couple' and get invited to their apt. for a drink...

The guy was an ex Navy Seal who had been thrown out of the Seals because he was a 'nut'...

So the nut kills both Josh and his Girl friend in the Apt._then cuts them up in pieces in the tub...packs the remains in trash bags and dumps them in the dumpster below.

He got caught when he started using Josh's credit cards...

Now he rots in jail with his girl for life/no parole.
