Stryke - given that you have many years of fighting behind you, I want to ask about your preference for hitting with 'pointy things', do you generally favour 1 or 2 techniques (e.g. shoken & shuto) that you use regularly? Everything that I have heard and read recently seems to indicate that it's best to focus on a couple of techniques & perfect them rather than learning many different ones.
