This speaks to two aspects of the thread, so far. I freaking love this guy: http://youtu.be/ClLfCY3J7AY

He talks about and demonstrates the use of the center, among other principles. He also disguises himself, and instead of being a shodan, godan, or master, he is a nodan.

Here is a senior citizen who can break several un-spaced boards horizontally using different weapons and angles, and they are not even anchored to anything. He was talked about on here years ago, and seemed kind of strange, but I just rediscovered him and I get it now.

He also has a website 'nodan-karate.com' with a few pdf files and they explain everything about his vids. Interesting historical information in there, and it turns out he studied Uechi, along with some other stuff, and one of his youtube vids called 'nodan kata' shows Uechi seisan.

Great! http://youtu.be/_PTecr74g1E
