Help-it is really getting a Bit Bad.

Hello all:

I have not had a chance to research the area thouroughly, and, apparently, neither have the authories (before one continues-this plaintiff appleal is directed only at the similarly minded residents of the "People's Republic Of Massachusetts").

Presently, Browning, Walther, Hammerli (a real saturday night special)Colt, Para Ord, Tuarus, Rossi, SA, Kimber and a number of other reputable firms will NOT SHIP to the Commonwealth until certain things are resolved.

S&W and Ruger Will.

So, please, please pick up the phone and call your friend at the state house and tell them to get this ridiculous state (of affairs) in order.

It's nice to talk the talk, but lets make some effort to ensure we'll have "something to talk about".

Thanks from your friend and non hoplophobe.

JT

Van:

Thanks for your response.

Design, drop tests and the Law Suit by Boston. As you know I'm a dealer, and the only actual letter I received from a manufacturer certifying to me the they pass these "test" is S&W.

My friend, for example, has $4000.00 of orders HE CANT FILL.

Camfour (the distributor) may have a more up to date "list" of who is allowing shipments into to the state, and who isn't, and the list I can may only be partiall.

Nancy at GOAL can fill you in on the Politics-and I have called my reps because it was represented to me that the STATE would certify what pieces would be acceptable and what weren't and that it would be done by now.

Well------how about NOT!!!!

To say I am exercised over this is fairly accurate.

Thanks for any support.

Rich San:

Nothing. GOAL, the local organization is working on it.

Enjoy your Kimber, they are not shipping here right now.

More later,

It won't be long before we won't be allowed to fight our way out of a wet paper bag.

Allen San:

Unfortunately, I think that's the way this state is actually headed.

Good to hear from you.
