Hi, I'm looking for somewhere to train in my area. I'm 45 minutes away from Tallahassee, unfortunately time and money are an issue. I'd like to train more than 2 or 3 times a week. Unfortunately, even within Thomasville I have a limited budget. I was hoping someone could suggest an instructor. I'm looking mostly for general self-defense and fitness. Ah, and i'm a complete novice. Thanks.
