Sprit fitness is now up and running, if you have a chance take a look at the site www.spiritfitness.ca Let me know your thoughts...
I have started teaching classes out of the Dragons Den in Calgary, located at 915 9th ave S.E. If anyone knows of individuals looking to train in the Calgary area. The Style follows Natural Spirit, Modern Arnis, and Ninjutsu
I would like to thank Datu Worden for all his support, inspiration and words of wisdom over the years, you have helped to make this happen for me and I am grateful!
And also a quick note about the Upcoming seminar in Feb With Datu Worden, we are already filling up so get your registration in early, there has been a great response to this seminar!!
