hi all. anybody teaching uechi in hawaii? moving there in a couple of weeks and looking for somebody to train with. thanks.

I should know in 2-3 weeks whether I'll be posted next in HI or DC. If the former, I'll be on Oahu for about three years and definitely intend to be teaching Uechi...

eric,
Doesn't look like I'll be headed back to HI after all (DC instead). As far as I know there's no one there teaching Uechi. I had one student studying with me regularly when I was there a couple of years ago - I believe he moved away but if you're interested, PM me and I'll see if I can find his contact info.
Good luck, and if all else fails, just remember you're in HI - how bad could it be?!
