Congrats len. Observing your performances at the TC, all I can say, man, is "Only Godan?"

Watch out for nosebleeds at that altitude.

Thank you all.

I owe a lot of this one to Van. I have been training in his TC Class every Monday, except two and one was at the test last night, since we opened the BUKA. Van's power kata movements were a great addition to the excellant training I received from Bethoney-sensei. A little help from Jim Maloney and Arthur Rabesa made it all come together.

Mary:

Thanks for the kudos. I have been very busy and I have not had a lot of time to say how wonderful it was getting together for the workout at your sensei's promotional last weekend. I am truley sorry I missed the dinner afterward. I will surely love to come to Canada for a camp if there is going to be one held there next year. I should have most of my house remodeling done by then (I hope) so it will make it easier to get away.

Tony:
Thanks man.
It was also a pleasure to meet you at Sensei Hunt's promotional. To watch you and Mary's seisan performed in that fashion was delightful. I am very proud to be associated with great people all over the world, who also study the art of Uechi-ryu Karate.
P.S. Once a friend...always a friend.
Watch out now. As JD might say.

Sensei GEM,
Thank you. Your encouragement of the different aspects of the Uechi-ryu training is making me be a much better student and teacher. By taking part in these forums with everyone I did and did not mention above, I have increased my knowledge and made many new friends. Thanks again for letting me participate in these forums, and for the kudos.
