When martial arts are mentioned, there is a general tendency to think of Eastern forms. Well, there are only so many ways for the body to move, and so many ways for it to be manipulated. Ethniccentrism/chauvanism aside, no matter the culture, when fighting/conflict is involved, folks will discover the same...

I agree HACA is a great site. You can spend months reading through their materials. Sites like that definitely make internet access worth having.
