Mini-seminar : Mini-price $20

For anyone interested there will be a guest instructor for the Sunday morning workout at G Khourys' Karate school on Oct. 12th.

BBJJs Kenny Florian has agreed to spend some time on the mat with us and show us some of the techniques that have made him one of the top grapplers in the country. Kenny recently won the USGA championships and is competeing in an Abu Dhabi qualifier this weekend in San Deigo.

I train with Kenny and have no doubt that he can raise the level of your grappling game in the same way he has helped raise mine. Kenny will teach for about an hour then we will train for an hour

Call for more info 978-771-0063 or just show up to Gary's at 9:30 AM on Sunday Oct. 12th. If you can't afford the cash don't sweat it, come anyway.
