What spam filters out there are effective, I've had enough how do we eliminate this garbage.

There is a toggle switch on the back of most computers located near the power supply that is quite effective. Other than that, Laird you are plain SOL. Those turds have managed to keep one step ahead of filters and have effectivel arranged their email to slip right through most of them.

The next-most effective method is to change your email address every three months.

However, all hope is not lost. One of my favorite sites for free PC downloads is called http://pcworld.com/ They have numerous shareware, freeware, and tryware to assist yo in your plight. their primary download page is http://pcworld.com/downloads/index/0,00.asp

The "delete" button on the keyboard is my best tool. Not practical if you're getting spam from senders you also get good e-mail from.
