What's up with the passwords?

Post by 2Green »

I used to be able to stay "logged on automatically" for months at a time. Lately my passwords are invalid after only a week or two; sometimes only days!
I've had to get new passwords at least five times just this new year. (I was starting to think someone was giving me a subtle message!)
Anyone else experiencing this...any explanation?

According to the instructions, you can request that the program remember you user name and password for up to a year. Then you must once again click the little box, once again activating this feature.

If a year has gone by and you have not reactivated the "cookie" feature where the program is allowed to remember your username/password, you must manually perform a "login".

Hope this helps.
