Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

Post by Uechij »

Hi Scott,

Has the bandwidth really been exceeded for the video page? I keep getting this error message for the last two days:

"Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later. "

If so, wiil it reset starting next month?

Thanks!

I was just on the page and played a video with no problems. I have no idea why you recieved that message.

I've never seen that message before at any other time. Does your provider put a limit on what your bandwidth?

Give it another shot.

Scott

I don't know what Ted's figures mean Scott, but the numbers are pretty spectacular....
The videos had used 68 gigabytes of bandwidth so far this month -- upped the limit to 84. Should be enough, but if it's not I'll bump it up again.

We must be posting something good.

I can't track the bandwidth but I do track the amount of visitors. (The square at the bottom of the page) And I have seen the visits go up recently. Here and on the MA web link page.
