Privacy Expert can "wipe" selected emails among other things. I've been using it since January and I like it.

I also have Acronis True Image. Every Sunday, I clear my drive, defrag it and use Acronis True Image to create an image file on my auxilary drive. In the event of a recovery, all I have to do is boot to a CD and select the image file and it will restore it exactley as it was the previous sunday. I've already had to do it once.

Acronis is good software, i'm a big fan.
