What gives?

When trying to access www.google.com for a search as usual _ I get this below:
http://search.myway.com/search/GGmain.j ... s&ptnrS=DE
Then I click on 'why are you seeing this' link _
And I get this:
> You received these search listings because you entered either a search
> query or an incorrect website address into your Web browser's address bar.
Such results allow you to see search listings relevant to your intended
address bar entry - a better alternative to simply showing you an error
message.
If you wish to remove this feature:
1.. From your computer's "Start" button, select "Settings", then select
"Control Panel".
2.. Double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
3.. Click "Change/Remove".
4.. Select "My Web Search".
This feature will then be uninstalled. <
When I follow instruction and get to "Add/Remove Programs" icon, and click
on it_
I cannot find the "My Web Search", listed in the list to remove.
Can anyone help?
Thank you.
