Posting troubles

Ok I have tried almost everything but can not post on certain forum areas. I
have had a reply floating around for 2 days now that can not be added to the
woman's area.
Again, everytime I try to post a reply after logging in my information I am
repearedly asked the same information time and again after hitting submit.
I tried all the local suggestions, changed settings etc. Tried the auto log
in feature but am still asked everytime to log in and pasword. I know that
this is also case sensitive so it must be typed in exactly as registered.
This may be my last post of it gets through because as I said most areas I
must fight to access and it gets frustrating. I am going to try posting this message as a test. But would like some help with why I can't post to certain areas. Thanks
