I thought I'd begin a blog like record of stupid, crazy, and just plain odd people I encounter while working for a large regional hospital.

Names will not be used, or any other info to identify the patients. I may also rearange some facts just to conceal identitys.

Some of the stuff I encounter is just so unbelievable and hilarious, I just HAVE to share it. So I will be updating this frequently.

50 Year old male closed head injury, fractured ribs, broken arm, wearing a cervial collar.

He was trimming tree branches 50 feet in the air.

Trimmed the branch his ladder was leaning on... fell. "By God... didn't break my glasses though"!

Recently had a 30 somthing year old.... big swastika tatoo on arm. On ventillator because he recieved chemical burns on his lungs. Apparently he was spray painting in his unventilated basesment.

What was more dumb... the painting in an unventilated room without a repirator on, or the swastika tatoo??????
