I am John a long time cyber nay bore of yours.

I study quite a bit of TC and Basic Qiqongs and I will try and keep an eye out for where I may be actually able to answer or ask a question on the subject.

Hi John

I teach Qi Gong Eight Strands of Brocade to many of my patients, and also my students. It has many benefits, fitness (do it fast for 20 minutes), energising when you are tiredest, relaxation, focus, clearing the mind, stretching, activating the Vital Force to deal with disorders, and sometimes just fun when we all do it before or after training.
