Take your favorite heavy-bottomed saucepan.

Cover the bottom in oil, on top place a splash of sesame oil
Put three kernels in the bottom of the pan
Turn the heat on as high as it will go
When the three kernels pop, cover the bottom of the pan with popcorn kernels.

Pop them until there's one to two seconds between the pops.
Dump into a big bowl and enjoy.

For a total flavor blast - grate pecorino on top.
