I watched a show last night "You are what you eat" a British TV show about how healthy eating can improve your life in many aspects. The couple on the show were difficient in zinc (which is apparently more common than not) and apparently it was having quite an adverse effect in the bedroom. So.....I say healthy AND sexy!!!! (oh ya, zinc supplements are NOT the same as zinc-rich foods)
Get sexy by eating foods rich in zinc - oily fish and seafoods such as Casanova's favourite, oysters. Other zinc-rich foods include pumpkin and sesame seeds, cheese, poultry, beef, lamb, sardines, pine nuts and brown rice. (Sexy little pine nuts)
Eat avocados for soft sexy skin, strawberries for fertility, eggs to improve sperm count and snack on figs and bananas - they're said to build up sexual stamina.
