Pasta with seitan and cheese sauce

Ingredients

350 g pasta
1 cauliflower /small/
250 g broccoli
200 g seitan
1 tablespoon oil
50 g cheese (blue)
2 dl cream
pepper, salt

herbs:
1 tablespoon parsley (minced)
1 tablespoon chervil (minced)
2 tablespoons garlic chives (minced)

PREPARATION:

Bring water at the boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta ‘al dente’ in plenty of water with salt. Drain well and place in a large plate.
Make the cauliflower and the broccoli clean and divide both vegetables in small roses. Cut the seitan in small cube. Steam the cauliflower and the broccoli so that it's crisp and tender.

Make the spicy cheese sauce in the meantime. Crush the blue cheese and mix with the cream. Heat the sauce until the cheese melted is. Mix the herbs through the sauce. Let the sauce no longer boil. Season with pepper.

Heat the olive oil and bake the seitan gold brown /not too long!!!/. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Do the seitan over the paste and pour over with a little bit of sauce. Lay broccoli and cauliflower around the paste. Serve the rest of the sauce separately.

Broccoli Cream Soup

300 gr broccoli chopped
1carrot,
1 onion, diced,
100 ml Soya cream/Alpro/,
vegetables broth,
croutons
ground black pepper and salt

Put the vegetables in soup pot.
Add 1 liter water to it and bring to a boil.
Add vegetables broth .Cover the pot and cook it approximatly for 15 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Than put in a blender and blend until smooth.
Finally add the soja cream.
Serve with croutons.
