Hey guys and gals,
Has anyone gotten this cookbook yet? If so, what is the premise?
Is it based on portions, types of food, moving the body, etc.?
What do you think about this cookbook?
Sounds interesting though. I always thought that maybe it had a lot to do with the fact that they shop daily, walk everywhere, stay more active, that sort of thing because some of the French dishes with sauces and cheese have to be killer in the calorie content.
What say you?
