Maybe I'm all alone and maybe I'm foolish but I always thought Groundhog Day should be a worldwide holiday. I loved the movie ("I got you babe") and coming from a family of hunters and trappers I've always had reverance for those little guys who dig up from the snow to see just what the heck is going on. Here's some info and some ... er ... recipes. I'm not going to say "enjoy" as they are for fun reading only. :)

I suppose you could always substitute rabbit for groundhog (who by the way saw it's shadow today so six more weeks of winter...hmmm....maybe no substitutions after all!!) :)

Maybe this should have been called "Revenge of the Groundhog" we are getting pummled up here in Nova Scotia and the worst hasn't even hit us yet - I sense I will be walking home soon when the office closes (an hour's walk) in the worst of it!
