Easter is just around the corner. What does your family traditionally serve at this meal?

Any good recipes you would like to share?

Regards,
Vicki

I always go to friends - we have the best meal ever (usually ham or chicken with veg) and hot crossed buns...and yummy deserts....all organic except for the buns....it's sooo good. :)

Typically we have some Portuguese sweet bread with an egg boiled in the middle. I believe the Portuguese call this "massa" bread, at least a portuguese person I know does. This is breakfast.

Then it has to be Ham with raisin sauce. No raisin sauce and I pull a nutty as I love it once or twice a year. No specific recipe for the raisin saunce, usually pull one off line or the old Betty Crocker book.
You know the old book, older than you, which belonged to your grandmother. That's the one.
