Hey, all,

Need a really easy, decadent, delicious dessert to bring to a holiday party? I made this last night and it was great! Next time I make it though, I will only cook it for 20 minutes. I think 30 is too long and somewhat over cooks the condensed milk. The pan was a pain to clean afterward.

Printed from COOKS.COM

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 pkg. Betty Crocker sour cream chocolate fudge cake mix (about 2 c.)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 c. broken or chopped nuts
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Rotate pan until butter covers bottom. Sprinkle dry cake mix in pan. Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate bits, coconut and nuts on cake mix in order listed. Pour milk evenly on top. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown (I would opt for 20 minutes, having made this). Run knife around edges to loosen sides. Cool. 6 dozen bars.
