The human body shouldn`t be able to do what those young people do. I admire thier motivation and spinal integrity.

The merging of MA and gymnastics... I bet we will be seeing some of these moves in "freestyle" gymnastic competition before long.

That video ruled!

I liked that they showed the mistakes too.
It's honest.

BTW:
I think that *most* people can do *some* of what they are doing by themselves.
(But why would you want to?)
It just takes practice, and the one time purchase of one of these:

Of course, one would need intensive instruction to perform the advanced maneuvers, plus as Dana pointed out, a bit of skill. (Though I've always felt that skill and desire are intrinsically linked)
I HIGHLY recommend everyone young and old buy one at least once in their lifetime!
I saved up for two years to get one, but I rank buying one as one of the smartest purchases in my life.

It is an awesomely hard workout, and doing aerial movements feel like nothing in this world!
Plus it is super fun!
You will feel as though you can fly!
(almost)
There's a bit of Metablade in all of us.
