Hey Neil , I dont doubt it`s possibel , I just collect as much info on such things as posible to file away .

and It`s cool to have some reference to reality when exploring and explaining technique .

Classical Training Technique

What is your favorite classical training technique that isn't doing a kata? I'm talking old-school Uechi here folks. Stuff like pulling yourself across the floor with your toes, doing circle blocks with plates from the weight room, etc.
