Thanks Mary!

Sounds like what I've been doing with my sanchin slow work as I work out at preggers speed....breaking it down into parts and putting it together....but you have worded it so much better than I!

This great discussion has me dying to get back to full training! So I'll just have to save up all this energy for after delivery (any day now) and doc release.

I hope this discussion helps others who might occassionally face these issues as well!
