Dr. Ruthless?
Not a bad looking site.
They appear to have a "reality-based" outlook from Peyton Quinn (RMCAT), and I found the most impressive endorsement (besides David's, that is ) from Kirik Jennings.
Kirik is a moderator at the MixedMartialarts.com forums, the creator of The Submission Handbook, and I have grown to respect his opinions.
It would appear that this site would have something to complement any woman's (and probably most men's) training.

It's pretty good, and apparently, a bit out of date. Joe Stagner (one of my fellow PDR guys) got in contact with her, and the site is apparently a bit old.
Admittadly, I find the name a little silly...but the information is solid, which is what counts.
