Hi. My name is Michael, and I studied Uechi Ryu at the University of Virginia in the 1970's. Though I eventually got involved with mixed martial arts, I have never forgotten my first training. I am now in Rockland County NY and looking again for a Uechi Ryu school, if anyone knows of anything in the area.
