What most people do not know about the RedMan Gear....

Post by Dave Young »

In another Thread someone used the term "To wail," on someone may give people the impression that it is an uncontrollable expression of physical contact...and as you know for some this is true because they are unable to control their own intensity....>

This is uncontrollable contact, and is exactly why the RedMan Gear was designed to take this uncontrollable physical contact you get when you truly conduct high level simulations....

Most people do not know the RedMan Gear was developed to support specialized training for the United States Secret Service in the mid 1980's, and through the years has evolved to what we are today. The RedMan Gear is the most widely used professional protective gear and equipment in the business today.

In regards to conducting high level simulations.....This it itself has become an art form all by itself....to be able to set up and successfully run a high level simulation where the level of intensity is in a reality level, maintaining your goal, enforcing safety for all parties involved, and the mystery of a true encounter......that is where this training becomes priceless....

.....In addition to the RedMan Gear being able to take the most blunt force trauma than other suits, our gear does allows you to grapple in it as well, and still receive the maximum level of blunt force then any other protective suit WITHOUT the injuries..., especially the DRS 180 and DRS 90 Suits which I showed at the Summerfest this year.

As it stands right now I will not be at the Summerfest in 2007 due to scheduling conflicts...we have just been awarded a few state training contracts for WI, MI and OH and will be running programs from Jan 07-Mar 08 for these state agencies, and our schedule is fixed until Summer of 2008.....

We are proud to put our equipment in all of the categories in training, from low to high end training......
