Somewhat Obviously I recommend "Crouching Tiger Sleeping Dragon" and "Hero" as good movies.

However, they are almost in the science fiction range in some respects.

Nontheless. every culture must have its "Superman" and these movies fill that need for the Chinese and these films, as you know, were made in China.
