Personal Honor
Personal Honor:
Dead concept in today's society?
What does honor mean to you?
Is it a code of conduct?
Is it a philosophy?
Is is patriotism?
Is it a moral/religious code?
A selfish and conceited notion?
Is it just silly?
Is it an antiquated idea which died out during the Dark ages or more recently the post Meiji era?
Is it all of these things?
~Or none of them?
What does it mean to you, personally, in this modern day?
And does your MA practice relate to it? (If at all) if so/not,
why?

Re: Personal Honor
As a synonm for virtue or upstanding behavior, Honor is a good thing As a synonym for reputation or image-consciousness it's not a useful mindset, in my personal opinion. If you search the archives on Van's forums, a couple threads about honor.-Metablade- wrote:Personal Honor:
