An irreverent question about faith

This is Dave Young's Forum.
Can you really bridge the gap between reality and training? Between traditional karate and real world encounters? Absolutely, we will address in this forum why this transition is necessary and critical for survival, and provide suggestions on how to do this correctly. So come in and feel welcomed, but leave your egos at the door!

Basically, what are you going on? How authentic is the soarce? WHo published it? WERE THE AUTHORS CHRISTIAN, WAS IT SUPPORTED BY A CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY?
Did you read edward Said?
Are you going strictly off of two three books with titles that obviously protray thier agenda?

Do you even properly KNOW what taqiyyah is other then what this author is saying? Because im sunni, the concept is very different in sunni islam. I dont know much about Shia however.

Oh and go to a mosque and ask what is going on, inquire about that verse.

Although there are some REALLY retarded Imam's running around. But im sure you may find out the context of the verse as well as the whole thing and the different versions.

There are two particularly pressing theological issues that have been gnawing at me for some time.
1) How did Jesus eat M&M's on Easter morning with those holes in his hands?; and

2) If Jesus sees his shadow when he crawls out of his cave on Easter morning, does that mean that there will be six more weeks of winter?

Inquiring minds want to know!
It's what we do!
