I haven't analyzed the actual bill (who has the time - and that's what they want) but the main sponsor of the bill did NOT write it himself! Some paid staffer with a law degree wrote it up because Joe (the sponsor) told him to after handing him a pre-written copy given to him by some corporate lobbyist that promised Joe a pile of money for his next campaign.

Who claims to be for small government and abolishing the IRS (replacing it with something else)... Both claims are obviously false since he has shown himself to be willing to take the bribes of the communications giants and shown that he is the worst type of sell-out totalitarian.
